For every good thing that the Lord wants for us, Satan has his counterfeit. If we are not careful, we will begin to accept Satan’s counterfeits as the genuine article. We want teens to have a sincere, unfeigned faith that is salt and light to the world around them.
Our guest preacher will be Pastor Ron Jones from Temple Baptist Church in El Dorado, Kansas. There will be Preaching, a Bible quiz on the book of Daniel, testimonies, singing, food, fellowship and fun.
We will start at 10:00 am and will conclude no later than 3:00 pm. There will be a dress code that should be followed at all times:
Ladies: Please wear skirts or dresses that come below the knee. If the skirt has a slit in it, it must be sewn or pinned below the knee. Please no form fitting or low cut blouses or shirts.
Gentlemen: Please wear dress/casual slacks with a nice shirt. No necklaces or earrings and no T-shirts with worldly sayings or suggestions on them.
There is no cost to attend and lunch will be free and provided by the church. We hope you can come and are looking forward to seeing you on the 19th!
